A grief therapist starts telling his clients exactly what he thinks. He ignores his education and ethics and finds himself making big changes in people’s lives, including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” shares their best defining moments from Season 1 and reveals who did the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and that he was going to try people who looked like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they had to bring it up to Ford first, thinking he would immediately reject it, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was being brought on board, which sparked interest from other big-name actors. Eventually, Goldstein spoke to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was excited nonetheless. The characters grow significantly in the first and second episodes, the jokes are perfectly timed and executed, and all the actors do a great job! This is one of the best episodes of Ice Axe I’ve seen in a long time! Harrison Ford does an incredible job in his supporting role, and Jason Segal does a great job playing a flawed and damaged character trying to be a better person and father. This is one of the best shows I’ve seen in a long time! This show made me laugh like I haven’t in a long time. As a psychology student, this show is hilarious, and as a theater student, I can appreciate how well the script flows. I don’t understand the negative reviews because this is already one of my favorite shows after two episodes. I hope the rest is just as good!!!
