Tale
A retired CIA agent is haunted by both the agency he once worked for and his own nightmares when an unknown man suddenly visits him after nearly three decades. At that time, Jeff Bridges was diagnosed with and subsequently treated for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

After he recovered, the series was resumed. Bridges called the return a comeback after a “long weekend” in a July 2022 podcast.
I’m a fan of spy thrillers and Jeff Bridges, so I had high expectations
I’ve been looking forward to seeing The Old Man ever since I saw the first trailer. Well, the series not only lived up to those expectations, but exceeded them in every way.
The acting, writing, directing, etc
are as good as it gets, FX always produces great content and this show is no exception. The only bad thing about this show is that we have to wait a week between episodes, I wish they would release them all at once like on Netflix, but since it’s on Network tv, I understand.
Binge watching has ruined my life because I just hate waiting a week between episodes
I’m definitely looking forward to the second season of this series and hope it continues to be as good as this one.
